Between 23 months and 24 months, your toddler will start to use speech and language for more complex communication. Like the previous Chatter Box, this cycle is 2 months. Our experts have curated this Chatter Box to support "speech for communication" with a curated range of activities, books and ideas to incorporate toys that you already have at home. All easily integrated into your daily routines.
This Chatter Box is perfect if your child:
Says some combinations of words and sounds (from the previous Chatter Box): Cleaning car, car go under, dirty car, get car, mixing cake, pouring water, cake hot, eating cake, big car gone, there small car etc
Clear use of vowels and the following sounds used clearly in words "m", "p", "b", "t", "d", "n", "w"
Choose the previous Chatter Box if your child does not yet say most of the combinations of words or sounds listed above.
This Chatter Box will help your child start to use early grammar:
- Possessive "S", Dolly's brush, Daddy's car
- Plurals - lots of cars, my pyjamas and
- pronouns such as my, mine, you/yours (my teddy, you do it)
Choose the next Chatter Box if your child already uses early grammar and puts words together to make simple sentences that we will be targeting in this box.
